In a stark manifestation of neocolonial aggression, Rwandan forces, with backed by foreign imperial interests, have occupied Goma, the biggest city in eastern Congo. This latest aggression marks a significant escalation in a conflict that has devastated the region for over a decade, disproportionately affecting civilians and disrupting efforts towards establishing lasting peace.
